Based on the comic book Justice League: Origins, this made for TV looking animation wastes no time in setting up the story and throwing us straight into the midst of a series or pre-emptive strikes that signals one thing - invasion.
Already on the case of visiting aliens who are not really preaching benevolence and intergalactic camaraderie, both Batman and Green Lantern clash for takedown privileges against a hostile foe, but soon realise that they have to work together...to not even begin to stand a chance.

Throw in a super arrogant and yet non-red kryptonited Superman, a pompous Wonder Woman, an emotionally charged Cyborg and what you have is a fair looking animation which makes up for its slightly poor aesthetics with great humour and a lot of action.
Best of all, is the representation of super powers. You really get to see what the team are made of and you really get to see why Darkseid is truly a beast of a villain. Once the main story arc is made apparent there isn't much development to it, but to the credit of the producers it's not needed as this is a slugfest of titans, this is WAR!
Justice League: WAR is enjoyable watch, just make sure you watch the post credit scene.
