First up is the anticipated sequel to the 2012 surprise hit; Pitch Perfect, in the imaginatively titled Pitch Perfect 2 . The original movie was made for $17million and grossed $113million and so you knew that some studio exec was gonna green light a second instalment!
Beyond The Lights
Next is The Bodyguard, I mean Beyond The Lights, in what would seem like a much more cerebral affair than Whitney and Costner's effort. I have to say that from the on-set, this looks like a dramatic love story that would actually hold my attention.
Cinderella
Seemingly adding nothing to the mythology of one of Disney's favourite fairytales, this schmaltzy, Pride & Prejudice wanna be, is looking so saccharin soaked, that my teeth are aching already. Cate Blanchett seems set to steal the show as the wicked stepmother and the dude playing the prince...okay his name is Richard Madden seems ready to irritate from first appearance to last.
This film is directed by Kenneth Branagh!
Poker Night
This could be some sort of a sleeper hit. Whilst everyone is raving on about Nightcrawler, I'd much rather watch this and actually be surprised by the proceedings.
Oculus
If we were to go by the trailer alone, Oculus, if anything just maybe the most interesting horror to make its way to us for 2015. The fear of mirrors that Candyman brought us is about to be revamped.
